    that are hard to replicate.
  • Dominant Anchor: #1 or #2 grocery store in local market.
  • Other Tenancy: Stable, high-quality tenants providing daily necessity and convenience shopping.
  • Geographic Market: High-growth areas of California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Nebraska, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Washington.

  • Investment Size: $500,000 to $8 million
  • Investment Type: Retail centers with the ability to create value through lease-up.
  • Location: High-barrier-to-entry markets with supply side restrictions and/or dense urban-infill, high population sites that are hard to replicate.
  • Geographic Market: High-growth areas of California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, Nebraska, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Washington.
