- Geographic Market: High-growth areas of California, Arizona, Oregon, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Nebraska, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Washington.

- Investment Type: Retail centers with the ability to create value through lease-up.
