Houston, TX - April 12, 2010 - Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Memorial Collection, a 103,330 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Randall's grocery store. The shopping center is located on the northwest corner of Memorial Drive and Dairy Ashford Road in Houston, Texas. Tenants at Memorial Collection include Randall's, Walgreens, Jason's Deli, Sushi Jin, Leslie's Pool Supply, GameStop, Jenny Craig, Chicago Title, TGF Haircutters and We Frame It. George Cushing of Grubb & Ellis represented the Seller in the transaction.
