Morrisville , NC - Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired McCrimmon Corners, an 86,267 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Harris Teeter. The shopping center is located on the northwest corner of McCrimmon Parkway and Davis Drive in Morrisville, North Carolina. Tenants at McCrimmon Corners include Harris Teeter, Red Dragon, State Farm Insurance, VIP Nails, La Rancharita, Lee Cleaners, Integrative Chiropractic, Cat Care Veterinary Clinic, AT&T, Great Clips, Tossed, Saffron, Randy’s Pizza, Subway, Rita’s Ice and Two Guys Grille. Rob Carter and David Webb of Berkeley Capital Advisors represented Crosland in the transaction.
