Westwood Financial Corp. Sells Non Core California Retail Center for $6,035,000

Pomona, CALIFORNIA – Westwood Financial Corp. has sold Foothill Square Shopping Center, a 23,064 square foot retail center located at the intersection of Foothill Blvd and Garey Ave in Pomona, California. Foothill Square Shopping Center includes national tenants Petco, Wendy's, Papa Johns, and Subway. The buyer was represented by Steve Hayashi of Coldwell Banker Commercial, while Westwood Financial Corp was represented by Blake Fogel of CBM, Inc.

“The sale of the Foothill Square Shopping Center continues to implement our business plan of disposing our non-core assets and redeploying the equity into larger and higher quality real estate throughout the country,“ said Joe Dykstra, Executive Vice President. The sale of the Foothill Square Shopping Center is Westwood Financial Corp's 95th disposition in the last 10 years.
