Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Kroger-Anchored Shopping Center in Dallas, Texas

DALLAS, TEXAS - Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Hebron Crossing, a Kroger shadow-anchored shopping center in Dallas, Texas. Hebron Crossing is located at the Southeast corner of Old Denton Road and Hebron Parkway. The tenants in the offering include: Ebby Halliday Realtors, First Choice Emergency Room, Hexter Fair Title, Palio's Pizza, PostNet, Serenity Nails & Day Spa, Supercuts, and Escape Cafe. Hebron Crossing was developed in 2006. The property was purchased from Hunt Properties.
