Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Core Plus Publix-Anchored Shopping Center in Atlanta, Georgia

Atlanta, GEORGIA – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Haynes Bridge Village, a 101,610 square foot shopping center, anchored by a highly successful Publix supermarket. Haynes Bridge Village is located on the NE corner of Haynes Bridge Road and Old Alabama Road in the Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Tenants at the property include Starbucks, Brooklyn Bagel Bakery, Great Clips, H&R Block, Key Worth Bank, El Azteca Mexican Restaurant, Domino's Pizza, and GNC. The property was purchased from Branch Properties and Kris Cooper and Margaret Caldwell of Jones Lang LaSalle Atlanta represented the Seller in the transaction.

Haynes Bridge Village is Westwood Financial Corp's 3rd acquisition for 2007.
