Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires another Urban-Infill Specialty Retail Shopping Center in Dallas, Texas

Dallas, TEXAS – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Forest Lane Shopping Center, a specialty retail center in Dallas, Texas. Forest Lane Shopping Center is located on Forest Lane and is situated directly across from the Medical City Hospital. Several of the tenants in the offering include: Starbucks, Sushi Minami, Subway, Tam's Eggroll, Star Cuts, Comet Cleaners, Go Wireless, PIP Printing, and Champion Day Spa. The property was purchased from Forest Central Properties, LLC and the transaction was completed in 30 days.
