Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Park Cities Area Shopping Center in Dallas Texas

DALLAS, TEXAS - Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Three Way Central shopping center located in the Park Cities vicinity of Dallas. Three Way Central is at the NW corner of Greenville Avenue and Southwestern Boulevard. The tenants at the property in include the Guitar Center, Wendy's, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Quiznos, Jamba Juice, Wendy's, Mr. Gatti's Pizza, and The Oasis. Mike Geisler of Venture Commercial represented the Buyer in the transaction. "

The location is one of a kind and the rents are under market," said Joe Dykstra, Executive Vice President of Westwood Financial Corp. "There are 400,000 people living within a 5-mile radius the center has over 70,000 cars passing the property daily. This property is as good as it gets!
