Westwood Financial Closes Another $4.4 Million in Sales

Los Angeles, Calif. -- Westwood Financial sold two more of its Southern California retail centers totaling $4,360,000.
Orange County: A 28,753-square-foot neighborhood center located in Buena Park was sold for $3,385,000 to Packo Investments, a Los Angeles investment firm, which was represented by Allen Park. The center, located at the southeast corner of Beach Boulevard and Rosecrans Avenue, is anchored by Peppercorn Market and at the time of sale was 100% occupied.
San Fernando Valley: An 8,260-square-foot Mission Hills retail center located at the southwest corner of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Rinaldi Street sold for $975,000 to Mike Tikriti, a private investor, through a 1031 exchange. The center will be used as an owner-occupied property. There were no brokers in this transaction.
The Seller in both transactions were represented by Joe Dykstra, executive VP of Westwood Financial Corp.
