Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Super Target Shadow-Anchored Center in Florida

Jacksonville, FLORIDA – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Pablo Creek Plaza, a 108,656 square foot community center, shadow anchored by Super Target. Pablo Creek is located on the south east corner of the Beach Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard. Tenants at the property include Office Max, Michaels, Panera Bread, Boaters World, Chick-Fil-A, Mattress Firm, Planet Beach, Game Stop, Hair Cuttery, and Payless Shoesource. The property was purchased from Kimco Developers and Dennis Carson and Anthony Blanco of CB Richard Ellis represented the Seller in the transaction.
