Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Premier Tucson, Arizona Neighborhood Shopping Center

Tucson, ARIZONA - Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Ventana Canyon Village, a 110,097 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center anchored by a Bashas' supermarket. Ventana Canyon Village is located at the SW Corner of Sunrise Drive and Kolb Road. The tenants at the property include Realty Executives, World Savings Bank, Charter Funding, Curves for Women, H&R Block, City Looks Salon, Subway, The UPS Store, and Allstate Insurance. The property was purchased from Furst Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and the transaction was completed in 30 days. Mark Lucescu of Lucescu Realty represented the Seller and the Buyer in the transaction.

Ventana Canyon Village is the 3rd acquisition by Westwood Financial Corp. in Arizona this year. Westwood Financial Corp. now owns 15 shopping centers in Phoenix and Tucson.
