Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Atlanta Shopping Center from Germania of America for $18,650,000.

Johns Creek, GA – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Abbotts Bridge Station, a 88,391 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Super H Mart Korean specialty grocery store and Rite Aid drive thru pharmacy. The shopping center is located on the southeast corner of Medlock Bridge Rd (GA 141) and Abbotts Bridge Road in the highly affluent northeast Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek. Tenants at Abbotts Bridge include Metro City Bank, Missy Cosmetics, Love Letter Chicken & Pizza, and White Windmill Bakery; all Korean oriented tenants who chose the center to share in the synergy and draw of Super H Mart. Chris Decoufle and Kevin Reavey of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller in the transaction.
