Westwood Financial Corp. Acquires Publix at Thornblade Shopping Center in Greenville, South Carolina.

Greenville, SC – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Publix at Thornblade, a 66,235 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Publix Supermarket. Publix at Thornblade is located on the northwest corner of The Parkway and Batesville Road and is surrounded by some of South Carolina’s highest income demographics. Tenants complimenting Publix include Monterrey Mexican Restaurant, Paradise Sun Tanning, Pak Mail Centers, Hair Cuttery, Callahan’s Wine & Liqours, Fastframe, and Bubbles and Biscuits. The property was purchased from EJ Plesko & Associates and Anthony Blanco and Mike Burkard of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.
