Westwood Financial Corp. acquires Vons Anchored Shopping Center in South Orange County, California.

San Juan Capistrano, CA – Westwood Financial Corp. has acquired Plaza Del Rio, a 65,054 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by a Vons Grocery Store, one of California's dominant grocers. The shopping center is located on the northwest corner of Camino Capistrano and San Juan Creek roads, in San Juan Capistrano, California. Tenants at Plaza Del Rio include Petco, In-N-Out Burgers, Cingular Wireless, Hallmark, Baskin Robbins, Allstate and Fantastic Sams. Chris Hoffman and Rikki Keating of Eastdil Secured represented the Seller and Buyer in the transaction.
