We are focused on acquiring Core, Core-Plus, Value-Add, urban centers and mixed use properties—all cash, in portfolios or single assets larger than $5M in value. We prefer properties located in the Western United States and Texas, the Southeast and Southwest, and Chicago, from multi-tenant unanchored strip centers to grocery anchored shopping centers and power centers.

  • Product Type: Urban strip centers or storefronts with parking behind, unanchored strip centers, anchored strip centers and grocery-anchored community centers
  • Transaction Structure: All cash buyer or will acquire with existing debt under select circumstances
  • Tax Protection: We can exchange a seller’s equity into units in the Fund which provides tax deferral and an interest in a high quality $1.4B portfolio
  • Location: Major MSAs with a focus on seven states – CA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, NC and FL
  • Demographics: Three-mile population greater than 80,000 people and a median household income greater than $80,000
